Obedience Trainer- Beginners
Our newest instructor for beginners Obedience is Jackie Rhoads. Jackie has made working with dogs a lifetime commitment and has trained and competed in AKC Obedience, Rally, and Agility Trials. She has achieved the Excellent level in agility twice with her yellow Labrador Retriever, Juneau. Currently, she has three labs and her son’s German Shepherd/Husky mix, all of which have been trained through Canine Workout. Jackie has started training her puppy, Thor, and plans to compete him when he’s older in Obedience and Agility. As a retired English teacher with 35 years of experience educating AP and Honors students for the Downingtown Area School District, Jackie loves teaching again with all of its rewards and challenges in a completely new venue.
